Each 158 Main Catering menu proposal offers a carefully selected spectrum of Entrées customized to your taste, to the ambiance of your event and even to your chosen venue. We’ll meet with you in person to discuss your vision, make recommendations and tailor the menu to perfection. You will also be invited to sample dishes of your choosing to help you select the best dishes for your guests and event. You may choose a central theme, seafood for example, or select dishes from more than one category to satisfy your guests’ personal preferences.
